Workshop

Croquis and citrus pop-up

Discover the citrus fruit’s many variations of fantastic shapes, textures and scents.

On 22.04.23 you can experience the living citrus archive Todoli Citrus Fundació in CC’s Foyer. Drop in for a sensous workshop, where the citrus fruit is the subject for your croquis drawing and the unique ingredient in your drink, in which you get the opportunity to experience the citrus fruit’s many variations of fantastic shapes, textures and scents that you have never seen before, when citrus expert Paolo Rosso displays a living archive of citrus.

Drop into CC’s café Connie Connie and draw citruses, and enjoy a very special citrus drink that combines the artistic and aesthetic expression of citrus with notions of ecology and diversity of nature in the best acidic way.

ABOUT CITRUS POP-UPPaolo Rosso works for the Spanish non-profit organization called Todoli Citrus Fundació de la Comunitat Valenciana, located in the city of Palmera. Here the citruses are grown in an area of more than 45,000 m2 that has an ideal microclimate for growing citrus fruits on the shores of the Mediterranean. Meet the team behind it and explore the many colours, shapes and scents of their archive. Regardless of whether you want to draw and taste or simply smell citrus, you are very welcome in CC’s café Connie Connie.
