Bring the whole family
We are committed to dialogue, play, and deep engagement. Here, there’s room to ask questions, wonder, and explore art.
Exhibition hosts are present in all our exhibitions. They’re always ready for a conversation about the art – especially with our youngest visitors.
Our workshop is open on weekends and Holidays and is free for all visitors. Children and adults can take part in creative activities and explore materials and themes from our current exhibitions together. Workshop facilitators are available to assist and guide the artistic activities.
Kids CCircle – a creative encounter with art for kids and their grown-ups
At Kids CCircle, there’s room for all curious kids and their grown-ups. Every Saturday, Sunday and throughout July at 12:45, you’ll find our big, round rug in a new spot in the exhibition halls, where an art host invites you to join creative activities inspired by the current art on view.
Kids CCircle is a flexible format, so you can join on your own terms. The activities last around 20-30 minutes, but you’re welcome to stay for as short or as long as suits you. The activities change on an ongoing basis, so there are always new forms of expression, materials, and creative methods to explore. No sign-up is needed for Kids CCircle – just show up.

In Hall 4 you’ll find our Lunch Box zone, where you can enjoy your own food and drinks. In our café you can buy food, coffee and cold drinks.
- Strollers and pramsYou’re always welcome to bring strollers or prams into the exhibitions – just be mindful of the artworks and other visitors.
- Changing tablesYou’ll find restrooms with changing tables on the ground floor and on the 2nd floor.
You’re welcome to leave your belongings in our cloakroom. Large bags and coats are not allowed inside the exhibitions.
Lockers are available on the ground floor near the café free of charge

With our special youth membership, children and young people under 18 can bring a guest of their choice and enjoy a full year of art, free access to our creative workshop, participation in children’s tours, and much more!
Crea Crea: The School of Art and Strength
Here, we explore each other, ourselves, our strengths, and art in entirely new ways. Through a specially designed learning program focusing on the senses, creativity, and community, two trained visual artists will invite children into the world of art. The teaching, grounded in strength-based pedagogy, will support each child’s inner creativity and provide space for them to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their place in the world.
Workshop
Visit our workshop, where everyone is invited to explore creativity and immerse themselves in the process. Activities are inspired by the art at CC, and our workshop facilitators are on hand to assist and discuss the art. All ages are welcome.
Celebrate Your Child’s Birthday with Art at CC!
Mark the day surrounded by art and creativity. When you book a children’s birthday at CC, you’ll have one hour with an art educator who guides the kids through the exhibitions and leads fun, hands-on activities. Every child receives a CC Kids Passport to use during the visit – and to bring back next time.
