Do you have a child who loves to play, use their imagination, and be creative?

Join a theatre workshop and let your child unleash their inner imaginative monster.

No previous theatre experience is necessary.

In this theatre workshop with performance artists Agi Astrid Haugesen and Joos Støvlebæk, we’ll play with characters, creatures, and transformations. We’ll take inspiration from the creatures found in Monster Chetwynd’s newly opened exhibition and see if we can transform ourselves into similar wacky beings. Together, we’ll discover who our creatures are and explore how they behave and interact with one another.

The workshop takes place both in the exhibition and in a dedicated room adjacent to the exhibition.

The workshop is for children aged 7–11 and lasts 2 hours (with a short break) from 12:00 to 14:00.

As a parent, you get free entry, so you can enjoy our exhibitions or have a coffee in the café while you wait. The price includes entry for one adult. If you want additional adults to join, standard entry fees apply.

CC’s Kids’ Hour! is a format designed for children, where CC’s exhibitions are communicated at their level, and where children get to interact with the artworks alongside one of CC’s talented educators. As a parent, you also get a (unique) chance to experience our exhibitions and enjoy a peaceful coffee break.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Check-in and pick-up take place at the CC Foyer desk before 12:00.
If you are not a member but have purchased a member ticket, we recommend arriving early to allow time for registration.

Instructions will be in danish.

CC MEMBERSHIPS

In general, we recommend arriving in good time so you can check in and leave your belongings in the cloakroom before the workshop begins at 12:00.

As a member, you get 10% off in the café and shop.

Members get reduced ticket prices. If you’re not a member, you can still purchase the discounted member ticket and sign up when you arrive.

Please note that you must present proof of membership if you buy a member ticket.

Memberships start from DKK 25/month.

Your ticket gives you access to CC for the entire day.

Each ticket is valid for 1 child and includes entry for 1 accompanying adult.
