CC CARE x yin yoga, sound bath and art

About

Instructions in Danish

We think the recipe for a great Sunday starts with a gong bath or some yin yoga, followed by a stroll through the art at CC.

The Public Engagement manager’s personal favorite is to arrive by harbour bus and after gong and yoga, explore the art and finish with lunch in our café Connie Connie and a lovely cup of tea from Sing Te (Milky Olonge is highly recommended).

We think the Daoist Yin Yoga followed by a soothing Gong Bath before a good session of mind-exfoliating art is the very best recipe for a great self-care Sunday.
Dao Yin Yoga, an active form of yin yoga with roots in a Daoist temple in China. The yoga is tailored to reduce pain, tension and purify the body of waste products and not only that, it also cleanses your body of toxins, stress and tension. The gong bath brings your nervous system into zen and to top it all off with a great art experience at CC, the ticket not only includes 2 x 45 minutes of yin and gong, but also access to CC’s exhibitions.
Can you imagine a better Sunday?

CC Care is sponsored by Moshi Moshi Mind.
