CC10: Nadya Tolokonnikova – Book Signing

In connection with her talk during CC10, Nadya Tolokonnikova will take part in a book signing at Copenhagen Contemporary. Following the talk, the audience will have the opportunity to meet Nadya, have their book signed and continue the conversation beyond the stage. The book will be available for purchase in our shop, where the book signing will also take place.

The talk and book signing draw on themes from Tolokonnikova’s book ‘POLICE STATE’, which documents her 10-day performance exhibition at MOCA in Los Angeles in June 2025. The book brings together photographs, prison letters, etchings and works by fellow Russian political prisoners, alongside documentation of protests that unfolded outside the museum during the exhibition. Woven through these materials is a narrative of resistance, examining the intersections of art, activism, state power and collective action.

The book signing is free after paid admission.
