Cocktails and architecture Marie Laurberg and Dorte Mandrup
Join us for a very special evening when we open the doors after closing time and invite you to drinks and a tour by architect Dorte Mandrup and director of Copenhagen Contemporary Marie Laurberg after closing time.
Dorte Mandrup is the architect behind some of the most prominent new museum buildings being developed in Europe these years. She is also the architect behind Copenhagen Contemporary’s building.
The transformation of B&W’s welding halls into a cultural center – which today houses CC – is a youth project from the hand of Dorte Mandrup.
This evening you can come with the architect around the house – also in places that are normally inaccessible to the public. The walk leads to a conversation about the development of Mandrup’s work and the future of sustainable architecture.
THE TALK IS IN DANISH BUT IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO ASK QUESTIONS IN ENGLISH.
