Join us as we celebrate the opening of Celeste, created by artists August Rosenbaum, Cæcilie Trier, Lea Guldditte Hestelund and Ea Verdoner. Sound, sculpture, video, fragrance and performance is merged within the exhibition space emphasising individual interconnectedness to others; things and beings.

This evening, from 16:00 admission will be free, and we offer a glass of wine for the first. CC’s director, Marie Nipper, will welcome you and DJ Malika Mahmoud will create the soundtrack of the evening. It will also be possible to buy a glass of cold natural wine or a snack in the CC Kiosk at a favorable price.

Everyone is welcome. We look forward to a wonderful evening in your company!

About Celeste

Celeste marks the meeting of the four distinct practices of Cæcilie Trier, August Rosenbaum, Lea Guldditte Hestelund and Ea Verdoner.
Centred around a circular crater, Celeste unfolds as a visual and sonic narrative that lets the audience immerse and lose themselves in the sensuous space. Sound, sculpture, video, fragrance and performance is merged within the exhibition space emphasising individual interconnectedness to others; things and beings – through tempo, position, scale and accessibility.
During the duration of the exhibition, a series of performances will transform the installation into a cohesive circuit of relations between human beings and other presences, between the audience and a soloist, culminating in a concert by Trier and Rosenbaum.
