Because we know it can all get a little too much sometimes, we’re expanding CC Care and inviting you to a combination of Yin Yoga & Gong. The Daoist Yin Yoga followed by a soothing Gong Bath before a good game of mind-exfoliating art, we think is the very best recipe for a wonderful self-care Sunday.

What’s special about this Sunday is that we’re staying in art. The Project Art Works exhibition is the backdrop for the morning.

About Yin Yoga and Gong:

Dao Yin Yoga, an active form of yin yoga with roots in a Daoist temple in China. The yoga is tailored to reduce pain, tension and cleanse the body of waste products and not only that, it also cleanses your body of toxins, stress and tension.

The Gong bath brings your nervous system into zen. The vibrations of the gong affect all the cells in the body and provide an inner sound massage. The gong surpasses the logical capacity of the mind and during the sound bath you will enter a deep dream-like state. To top it all off, you’ll experience great art at CC, as the ticket not only includes 2 x 45 minutes of yin yoga and gong, but also gives you access to CC’s exhibitions.

Please bring your own, pillow, socks, blanket and eye mask to make you comfortable. The blanket is really important as it can be cold to lie still even though the hall is heated.

You don’t need to bring a yoga mat. You can borrow one from us.

Your ticket includes entrance on the day and gong.
