CC CARE x gong bath
Experience gong and sound baths at Copenhagen Contemporary with Ylenia Fiorini and complete your self-care zen with a full-body art experience.
The vibration of a gong is a powerful way to reduce stress and balance emotions. Known as a Gong bath, the gong creates a sea of sounds that are deeply relaxing and induce a holistic resonance in the body and spontaneous meditative state of mind, resulting in a feeling of expanded awareness and wholeness.
You can choose to lie on a yoga mat, sit and close your eyes for a meditative experience or walk around.
To top it all off with the experience of great art at CC, the ticket not only includes the 1-hour gong, but also access to CC’s exhibitions.
Can you imagine a better Sunday?
