A workshop about making something together that none of you could have made alone
What you’ll leave with:
- A sense of how each other thinks. Not what your colleagues do day to day, but how they approach something when there’s no template.
- A language for what already works in your team. The workshop starts with what you’re good at and builds from there.
- Practice in saying yes to each other’s ideas before judging them. It’s a skill, not a personality type, and it can be trained in two hours.
- Insight into what people can do that isn’t in their job description. That’s often what ends up being used afterward.
- The experience of making something together without anyone steering the outcome. It’s uncomfortable for five minutes and liberating for the rest of the time.
- A work you’ve made together, and a shared story. “Remember that time we …” lasts longer than a slide.
There’s a moment just before anyone knows what to say. The idea is there, but it hasn’t found its shape yet. Most meetings skip right past that moment. This workshop stays in it. You give each other something to build on. A thought changes hands and comes back as something else. It’s fun. It’s a little strange. And somewhere along the way, it stops being anyone’s idea and becomes yours.

We start with the individual, move on to pairs, then to groups, and end up all together. There will be talking, drawing and building with your hands. Along the way, we’ll introduce obstacles you don’t know about in advance and have to solve as you go. That’s where it gets interesting.
We tailor the exercises to your group, your size and what you want to get out of the day. The framework is fixed. The content can be adjusted.

- Audience: Corporate teams, departments and project groups
- Group size: A minimum of 10 participants is required to book this workshop.
- Price: DKK 500 per participant (including admission, so you can also explore CC on your own)
- Booking: The workshop must be booked no later than 14 days in advance, and bookings are binding. Cancellations made up to 5 business days before the workshop are refunded in full, minus 15%. After that, the full amount will be invoiced. Sign up using the registration form on this page.
