How do I cancel my membership?

Cancel your membership in our app

Click on your profile in the top right corner of the member menu

Click on the membership.

Click: “Stop automatic payment”.

If you are a Monthly member the cancellation option will only be visible after the binding period has ended.

Can I lend my membership to a friend?

No, memberships are personal and therefore only apply to the owner of the membership.
However, remember that with all memberships, you can always purchase an extra ticket for a friend for just 80 DKK.
