Art Talk: Yet, it moves! – Helene Nymann

About

Yet, it moves! is a pathbreaking research and exhibition project where art and research collide. The exhibition’s curator, Irene Campolmi, together with artist and researcher Helene Nymann opens a conversation about the work Future Continuonus, which can be experienced at Copenhagen Contemporary from 11.05.23 to 31.12.23.

The work consists of three parts: A video work, sculptures and an interactive website that gives us the opportunity to participate in a new shared space; a landscape of collective memories for the future. Helene Nymann’s work makes us aware of how we remember things, and that our experience of time is not linear, but that our body, senses and consciousness link everything together in a diversity of moments, rhythms or memories that both contain the past, the present and the future. Before the talk, you can experience the exhibition for a regular entrance fee. Become a member and gain access to 7000 sqm of international art from as little as DKK 25/month.
