Experience the up-and-coming young artist Esben Weile Kjær in live performance at Copenhagen Contemporary until 17 December, where his exhibition HARDCORE FREEDOM transforms the room into a hybrid between a nightclub, a stage, an art institution and a fashion store.

About HARDCOREE FREEDOM

HARDCORE FREEDOM is activated continuously throughout the exhibition period by a number of performances. Here, the room is brought to life with contrasting dance styles from the nightclub guest’s uncontrolled dance over the pole dancer’s sexualized movements to the ballet dancer’s body discipline. The performance moves on the border between party and rebellion, where elements are moved, changed, built up or demolished, and the exhibition thus changes character with each performance.
