CC CARE x Sunset Gong Bath.

End your Thursday with sunset, art and reflection as Ylenia Fiorini invites you to a unique after-hours gong bath in the art at CC.

Known as a Gong Bath, the gong creates a sea of sounds that are deeply relaxing and induce a holistic resonance in the body and spontaneous meditative state of mind, resulting in a sense of expanded awareness and wholeness.

You can choose to lie on a yoga mat, sit and close your eyes for a meditative experience or walk around the exhibition.

For the ultimate Thursday experience, we recommend a harbor bath before or after the gong. At La Banchina you can also visit the sauna, which closes at 22:00.

Remember to combine your gong bath with a visit to the art. CC closes when the gong starts, so make time to visit CC’s collection before. The visit to the art is included in your ticket.

Price DKK 140 plus entrance fee / CC membership.

Registration and tickets

Instructions will be in English.

Please bring your own, pillow, blanket and eye mask to make yourself comfortable. The thing about the blanket is really important, as it can be cold to lie still, even if the hall is heated. It is possible to buy or borrow a yoga mat upon arrival. You can also buy a meditation cushion.

Your ticket includes admission to CC on the day before the gong and gong.

For the ultimate experience, we recommend taking the harbor bus. Gong, harbor bath, art and sauna go so well with a trip to the sea.
